I of the above information hereby sign an undertaken that all due payments would be paid directly into Maxglobal Multiconsult Limited Account. I solemnly swear not to pay cash to any of Maxglobal Multiconsult Limited staff. All repayment due to me would either be done through transfer, Standing Instruction, or Cheque to Maxglobal Multiconsult Limited Account only. Anything done otherwise is at my own risk. I also declare that the information given herein is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further authorize Maxglobal Multiconsult Limited to verify the information given herein and make reference from any person(s)/institutions(s) named herein. In connection with this application, and/or maintaining a credit facility with Maxglobal Multiconsult Limited, Maxglobal Multiconsult Limited may carry out credit checks with a credit reference agency. In the event of the account going into default, my name and transaction details will be recorded with the credit reference agency. This information may be used by other institutions in assessing application for credit by me, associated companies and supplementary account holders and for occasional debt tracing and fraud prevention purposes.
