- Postdated NUBAN Cheques from applicant.
- Postdated NUBAN Cheques from guarantor
- One blank undated NUBAN cheque from the Applicant
- Duly Filled Direct Debit Mandate
- If you are an outsourced employee or your employment has not been confirmed, you will be required to provide a guarantor who must be a permanent staff of your organization
- Copy of letter of Employment or Confirmation of Employment.
